Hi, I’m Catherine. I set up this website back in 2013 with the aim of helping us to explore the natural world around us and understand it a little better.
This site should help you to develop your interest and understanding of wildlife and conservation. You can find ideas for things to do and ways to explore in the See and Share section; find out who does what in the world of conservation using WOW A-Z; catch up on the latest conservation news; keep up to date with the wildlife diary; complete the weekly wildlife crossword and check out the crafts on the Fun & Games page; and identify some of the things you might have been seeing using the Species I.D page.
Everything is designed so that we can all understand the information together – children to adults, beginners to experts. WOW loves your input – you can enter Charlie’s Challenges and share or send them in by email. You can also get involved by emailing WOW using the address on this page, with comments about the latest news section.
